Self-made Dish at home

Apart from the food in restaurants, the food we cook by ourselves sometimes are much more delicious and valuable.

Since I have nothing to do at home, I start cooking myself today. The name of the dish is 'Stir fried tomatoes and eggs'. This is the dish that oftenly severved with rice--sort of sour with the flavour of fried eggs.
The cooking process is extremely easy. Here are the steps:

1.Pour one spoon of oil till boiled
2.Then put in some pieces of garlics
3.Adding eggs
4.Taking out eggs and putting in new amout of oil till boiled
5.Putting in tomatoes
6. Then mix tomatoes and eggs together then Coming out!!

Cooking eggs seperately in order to avoid over-time fried eggs.

So does everyone know how to cook this by youself?
I promise this is fantastic match dish with rice, strong recommended.

Ramen

Hello~World!!! This is Marco. Today, i am going to introduce a Ramen restaurant to you guys.
It is the Ryo's noodle (亮亭)!!!!

Ryo's noodle located at Falcon Street, Crows Nest. Usually, people's impression about the shop is crowd, very crowd. This is because it is a small shop with lots of customer. If you cross by at the night time, around half past six, you can definitely see a long queue in front of the shop.

Let's have a look at the menu first~~

You can see that there are not much choices in the menu compare to other Japanese food restaurant. But i can tell you that it does not matter. It is because "quality is always more important than quantity", right?

Alright, let's go to the food part~~~Me and my sister have ordered two different Ramen.
Mine is chicken soup with salt flavour roast pork (No.7)

My sister one is pork soup with miso flavour roast pork (No.4)

There are also some small dishes which are very delicious as well. For example, fried chicken, roast pork rice ball, gyoza etc.

If you are planning to have a try on the food, i would recommend you either go there earlier or be a little bit patience in the queue. Please do not leave just because you saw a long long queue, you will miss out lots of great food.

This time, the restaurant i am going to introduce to you guys is Suminoya.
Suminoya situated at center of city, which is near to the Martin Place train station.

Suminoya is an well-known authentic charcoal grilled BBQ restaurant, therefore it is important to make a booking before, otherwise you may have to wait for a long time =v=

There are two types of buffet plan, the left hand side is the basic one, the right hand side is the premium one and of course it is more expensive~~

There are many dishes you can order, here is a list of the dishes that you should not miss.
1. Beef tongue -- This is the best dish you must try!!!!!! With no doubt!!!!!!!

Thai Chiken Yellow Curry Rice

This delicious dish is from 'Thai Break'  restaurant in Macquarie Shopping Center level 4 Shop 454A which just besides the gate of the shopping center as you  hanging around on level four.  The

name of this dish is ' Thai Chicken Yellow Curry Rice'. As you can seen from the picture, it was made of

carrot, lettuce and chicken with classic yellow curry sauce. I often go here to have lunch in break time.
I think the style of Thai food is very similar to the Indian food bebause they like using curry. However, Indian curry is much more spicy than Thai curry. Likewise, there are many choice you can choose from. The price range is basically from $8-$30. It is a good idea that after you finish meal here then heading to the cinema to enjoy a movie.

Stop at Thai Break for a "freshly made' meal before the trip to the cinema!!

Turkey Noodle

The picture shown above is Turkey Noodle made of red chilli, green chilli, onions, tomatoes, and beef. It
sounds very simple and nothing special but this combination of these stirred fried vegetables results an amazing tastes with handmaded noodles. It is wide popular through Xinjiang in China and Uygur people have been living there for thousands of years and they originally came from Turkey so the noodles are called Turkey noodles.

The restaurant is located just around Chinatown and opposite to the Market city named " LanZhou La Mian". Notice that it originally operated by a Vietnam restaurant but it was replaced by this noodle restaurant recently.

In this restaurant there is not only Turkey Noodles there are also Chicken noodles, beef noodles. Just come around and test if it is delicious as described.

Peking Duck

Although there are no official Pecking duck restaurants  in Sydney, I found a small chinese restaurant in Ashfield attached Pecking Duck Dish and I ordered Pecking duck there yesterday. It tastes good but not as good as the Beijing original one.

Pecking Duck is very well-known all over the world and its history has already been around 160 years. Firstly it was only served for the king , but as the time went, Pecking Duck spread all around the whole city of Beijing and there were several top Pecking duck restaurants established at that time and they still exist today. there are two most famous  Pecking duck restaurants in Beijing which are Quan Ju De and  Pian Yi Fang.  The name called Peking Duck rather than Beijing Duck since Peking is the original name for Beijing.

The cooking process is complicated and only the chief who has been trained for making Pecking Duck professionally can make it. If you want do it at home for a try , there are steps below:

1. Clean the duck and empty the organs inside the duck.
2. Put honey onto duck 's skin.
3. finally put into oven for 50 mins.
4. Then serve

Welcome to Beijing Quan Ju De and Enjoy a Yummy Pecking Duck!

Dessert with traditional HongKong style!!

Hey guys! This is Christen again. (Well..the lady who loves sweet things a lot !)
Today, I will recommend you a really nice dessert shop.
The dessert shop is called 'HK isweety house'.
It located in shop 45 1 Dixon street China Town.
Each dessert is very tasty and  very elegant with the traditional Hongkong style.

The first dessert is called 'Papaya Sago'.

The papaya iced blend is really sweet and the chewy sago goes really well with the iced blend.
This dessert is very easy to make at home too.
Now, I am going to tell you the procedure.
1) place ices and lots of papaya cubes in blender.
2) for better taste, we can add small amout of papaya juice into blender.
3)blend for 2 minutes till it becomes like the smooth papaya sorbet.
4) Pour them into a nice bowl, then add sago and papaya on the top.

The next dessert is certainly one of my favorite.
It called 'Mango pomelo& sago grass jelly with sweet soup'.

The taste of mango and pomelo are perfectly matched. (never knew before!)
The sweetness and sourness are well balanced.
The sesame ice cream on the top brings the taste of this dessert up to a high level.

This dessert is the representative of traditional HK style dessert.
                              (in my opinion ^^)
This is 'milk custard with egg white'.
It looks really simple, but the taste is great.
It's soft, smooth with a strong taste of egg white.

The 'HK isweety house' has lots of tasty desserts other than the three dessert I recommended.
There are many options for you to choose, such us mango lover series, super milk ice series, thai black glutinous series, tofu desserts and sago series desserts.
Moreover, it open 7 days between 12pm to 12am, so it is great choice for you, if you want to eat tasty HK style dessert after work or study, try their tasty dessert with your friends and tell us what do you think! :)  The yummy world group will bring you more yummy food later on. :)
Hope you guys have a fantastic experience with us.

I went to there last months with my friends, I am going recommend you three famous and yummy pancakes.

                                  This one is Banana Pancakes.

The pancakes goes really well with grilled banana and the buttermilk. And the golden color just so appetitive. Love it. ^^

This one is called Devil Delight.
(sorry for my poor photographica skills =.= )
I am sure this one will definitely drive pancake lover crazy. This one is just so yummy. The chocolate flavour pancakes with many strawberries slice, cream, chocolate ice cream and incredible delicious chocolate sauce.
